You can still change every setting and download the STL files — they don’t need the preview. To get the 3D view back:

Close other tabs that show 3D content, then reload this page.
Turn on Use graphics acceleration when available (Chrome/Edge: Settings → System) and restart the browser.
Still off? Restart the browser or the computer; after a few graphics crashes, browsers block 3D until restarted.
